The venue

The camp will be held at Doi Inthanon National Park, Chiang Mai. NARIT will host you an accommodation for 3 nights during 24 - 26 January, 2017, at Doi Inthanon National Park. (Please be noted that the temperature up there will be very low, probably 0 - 10 degree Celsius, so don’t forget to bring suitable warm clothes).

 

Travelling to Chiang Mai

Chiang Mai is located in the far north of Thailand and far from Bangkok.

 

Chiang Mai is serviced by international and domestic air routes from within the region, however, the main international airports for Thailand are located Bangkok. Travel from Bangkok to Chiang Mai may be by air, bus or train. Air flight time is about 1 hour while bus and train are considerably longer about 10 to 12 hours.

 

Attendees from Laos PDR may travel by bus to Chiang Mai, while other ASEAN country attendees may consider bus or air travel as the most practical means of transfer.

 

Private insurance is recommended to cover the whole journey between your home location and Chiang Mai.
